It certainly doesn't feel like it where I live, but spring is officially here. That means I am breaking out my spring makeup. Okay, I'll admit it, I've been breaking out my spring makeup for the past month or so. I can't help it! The winter was long and I've been needing to lighten and brighten up a bit.
