I cannot believe that 2014 is coming to an end already! As I always do at the end of the year, I like to run down the most popular beauty posts of the year and show them off. In case you didn't see any of these posts the first time around, now would be a great time to go back and take a look to see anything you may have missed. Here are the top 10 beauty posts of 2014.
As the year comes to a close, I like to think back to the new beauty products that launched over the year and there have been a lot - thousands of them. I have covered many of them on the blog here and definitely have my share of favorites, many of them I use in my routine everyday. Some have made a real impact in my beauty world. I have recommended them to you and constantly recommend them to friends and family. While I do use a lot of products consistently, all of the products that I am sharing on my favorites of 2014 list were all either new in 2014 or new to me in 2014. I hereby present to you my top 10 favorite beauty items of 2014.
I cannot believe that 2014 is coming to a close. With the end of the year comes celebrations, of course. The biggest celebration happens in New York City's Times Square and this year I am a little bit more excited as there is a fun beauty tie in with one of my favorite brands. Yes! Times Square will surely be red HOT as they create the most #colorfulcountdown on New Year’s Eve to celebrate the launch of COVERGIRL’s new Colorlicious Lipstick.
Well that was fast. Christmas is over. It seems to fly by after all of the holiday prep we do, doesn't it? Anyway, it is time to start shopping with all of those gift cards and holiday cash we got for Christmas!

Last week, I shared my tips with you for getting camera ready for the holidays. Well, I took my own advice about a month ago, as my family and I had some professional photographs taken. I just created my holiday cards, a digital holiday card and fun little photo story to share with family and friends -- I want to share it with you too.
My Mother wanted a photo taken with all "the girls" in the family and it came out nice. This picture features my sister, my Mom, my niece, me and my daughter. I used the Olay Regenerist® Digital Holiday Card editor on Photobucket to create my digital card to share with family and friends. I was able to add a frame to the photo, use a blemish fixer that helped me smooth out redness in our skin, brighten the overall photo with a handy tool and even add text overlay to the photo to make it look like a card. It was super easy and fun to use! Even those with no photo or graphic skills could master the editor in no time.
I then took that card and created a little story and added more photos from our holiday photo shoot to it. I even had the option of sharing my creation on social media so friends and family could immediately see my creations. Here is our family story.
